Dear Learner,  Welcome aboard NALSAR Proximate Education. NALSAR Proximate education is aimed at imparting the legal interface to various professionals apart from Lawyers. The Post Graduate Diploma programmes have been designed to meet the requirements of professionals in the field of science, technology, media and human rights.

Over the last few years NALSAR Proximate has gained the reputation of a quality education programme catering to the contemporary needs of working professionals. The curriculum and teaching methods are intensive, in-depth and invigorating. In short it has sensitized and trained various professionals without compromising on the quality and content.

We have taken into account the constraints of time and workload of professionals and thus have designed contact class seminars in various cities on week ends and also conducting the exams in week ends to help the professionals to fulfill the requirements. On the teaching methods, we have a dedicated team of teachers drawn from academics, advocates and industry professionals to impart the best in terms of the contemporary developments in the field.

NALSAR Proximate Education is imparted on the following methods:

• Providing printed reading materials of the specified modules.
• A dedicated website support –www.nalsarpro.org which will be interactive and dynamic in its content for enrolled candidates with a login ID and Password
• Contact seminar programmes at the identified proximate centers * for a duration of two-days and around twice during the course period- attendance is optional but strongly recommended.
• A CD-ROM compilation of the entire course material to the candidates
• Acceptance of project materials on-line for evaluation
• Written examinations at the identified centers.
